Alan is a person who knows each and every concept related to Quality, Lean and ISO audits. He is a guru who makes sure every student understands and remembers the concept taught in an easy way. Some terms coined by Alan helped us remember those concepts and we won't forget it till the end, for eg: PDCA. Alan is a teacher you definitely want to have who can change life's of people by his knowledge and wisdom. He taught me ISO audits, and told us the way we communicate can help us do audits better. He gave sample questions for ISO audits which we always use when we go for auditing. I highly recommend Alan as a trainer, teacher for the ISO and Quality trainings. Didn’t know what to expect from the SMED training we were booked onto, but from the start Alan was a breath of fresh air, he made us all feel comfortable and made the course interesting, informative and fun at the same time, the change game was a blast (even though my team didn’t win) 😃 i would highly recommend Alan for your training requirements.

I have known Alan for approximately 12 years maybe more. His training in various types of improvements are very good and interesting, funny. It's always professionally delivered. Alan is always. I would always recommend Cqual for our training needs. On a personal note, Alan is very genuine, kind and honest.

The only thing I can say is , I worked with Alan at the beginning of my career, he was my direct supervisor. When we met, I was a rookie in the quality department. It was Alan who taught me what quality means, how to cooperate with others and showed me in detail how I should work as an Engineer, as a Trainer and as a Leader. Always open to conversation, he always calmly explained, showed what I did right and what I did wrong. In my opinion, he always knew what he was talking about and after each conversation or training I left with the conviction that I had learned something new. At the same time, what I appreciated the most, he showed me a different point of view. Not only the quality point of view. Personally, I believe that I owe the place where I am now to Alan. Therefore, I recommend any cooperation with Alan, because I am an example of the fact that if it were not for Alan, today I would be in a completely different place, certainly a worse place.
